For short-term rental hosts
Your guests get a perfect stay. You get to sleep.
Be the host who never misses a thing.
Vivy keeps watch over your short-term rental business so you don't have to. Cleaner running late? Guest checked out and left the door unlocked? Vivy notices and tells you — instead of you clicking refresh across six different tabs. Your guests get the seamless stay they came for; you get the rest of your day back.
Three things Vivy does well today
Designed around what actually goes wrong on a turnover day, not around what is easy to report.
Alerts when something is off
Cleaner hasn't arrived 30 minutes before checkin. Guests checked out and forgot to lock the door. Vivy notices and tells you, without you having to check.
Your portfolio at a glance
Today's checkouts, checkins, and back-to-backs across every property — alongside pay-ins and payouts as they happen. The whole operation on one screen, built for the morning of, not for a weekly planning meeting.
Reports your team wakes up to
Subscribe your cleaners to a daily stay schedule. Send your co-hosts the morning briefing. Email your accountant the cash-flow report every Monday. Vivy delivers the right slice of the report to the right person on the schedule you pick.

What's coming next
The same operational discipline, extended to the parts of the stay that happen between booking and review.
Home automation tied to the booking
Coming soonTurn the thermostat to a comfortable temperature and switch the entryway lights on shortly before check-in. Drop back to setback temperature an hour after checkout. The kind of small touch that turns a 4-star review into a 5-star one — once, connected to your booking calendar, then on autopilot. Works with the smart-home ecosystems you already use.
Lock-aware alerts
Coming soonYour existing smart lock already generates a per-booking code. Vivy turns those unlock events into signal: did the cleaner actually show up before today's check-in? Did anyone try the door outside the booking window? Activity timeline, anomaly alerts, and a clear record of who came and went — without you opening the lock app.
On the way through the integration partners we're working with — Yale shipping first, Igloohome and Schlage to follow.
Connects to your existing PMS
Vivy reads your bookings; it doesn't replace your PMS. We integrate with the tools you already use to take reservations.
Connect via OAuth. Vivy reads your properties, bookings, and charges — never writes anything back.
Same architecture, same read-only commitment. On the roadmap as Vivy's second integration.
Using a PMS we don't list yet? Tell us — integration order follows demand.
Read-only by design
Vivy connects to your property management system through OAuth and only ever reads. We do not create, update, or delete anything in your PMS — and that's enforced in our code, not just in our promises. Read the architecture.
Who's building this
Engineer and operator. Building the product with the same discipline he wants to use it with: read-only by default, terse where it can be, generous with context where it has to be.
Hospitality and operations background. The voice in the room asking whether a host on a turnover day actually wants to see this.
Vivy is built by Convivy LLC, the same parent that builds Constance.
